This program is dedicated to developing athletes in the sport of baseball. Directed and created by professional trainers and health care providers who specialize in foundational training for the growing athlete.

Turf
On the turf, engage in dynamic exercises designed to boost your speed, enhance your agility, and refine your coordination. Through a variety of drills and high-intensity interval training, you'll develop the quickness and precision required for peak athletic performance.

Gym
Our weight lifting sessions in the gym are tailored to enhance muscle mass, improve stability, and increase overall strength. With expert guidance and personalized training plans, you'll develop the power necessary to excel in your sport.

Water
Dive into the pool for water resistance training, breath control techniques and deep end training. These sessions focus on quick twitch muscle development, underwater intervals, dynamic breathing exercises, and resistance training in the water.

Recovery
Dr. Knox with over 15 years experience in sports therapy has designed a recovery program specific to the baseball athlete. Including sports massage, compression therapy, cold plunge and pre-rehab exercises integrated into the turf programs.

Timing
Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday
- Turf, Gym, Pool is conducted on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Recovery is once a week offered Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.
The athlete will have two opportunities per week to develop on site with flexible hours for recovery.
